After recent updates I've faced with problem when I can't create ShockwaveFlash object as ActiveX object in javascript. I was unable to open websites requires flash, 'cause javascript function ActiveXObjects just return undefined trying to create ShockwaveFlash.

I don't know for sure what cause the problem: Microsoft updates or Flash Player update, but here is the fix, which works for me.

1. Go to C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash or C:\Windows\SysWOW64\Macromed\Flash
2. Run FlashUtil10b.exe (it requires Administrator privilege)
3. Restart computer
